Scripture Focus: 1 Corinthians 2:9–10 (AMPC)
“Eye has not seen, ear has not heard, nor has it entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him… but God has revealed them to us through His Spirit.”

There is a realm God has prepared for you that your natural mind cannot comprehend.

A place your eyes haven’t seen.
A reality your ears haven’t heard.
A dimension your mind cannot even process.

Why?

Because it’s not natural.
It’s supernatural.

The supernatural is where God operates beyond human ability, beyond limitation, and beyond natural law. It’s where heaven collides with earth. It’s where the will of God invades your life.

And hear me—God didn’t create that realm randomly.

He prepared it with YOU in mind.

Obedience Unlocks the Door

These “eye-opening, mind-blowing” things from God are not accidental—they are prepared and reserved for those who walk with Him.

Not casually.
Not halfway.
But in obedience.

Obedience is the doorway to the supernatural.

Isaiah tells us that when you are willing and obedient, you will eat the good of the land. And what is that “good”?

It’s not just provision.
It’s not just blessing.

It’s a life marked by the supernatural.

Favor you didn’t earn.
Provision you can’t explain.
Doors you didn’t open.

But here’s the truth most people miss:

Just because the door is open doesn’t mean you’ve stepped through it.

What Takes You Through the Door?

So how do you move from knowing about the supernatural… to actually living in it?

Prayer.

Not surface-level prayer.
Not routine prayer.
Not “check the box” prayer.

Real prayer.
Communion.
Fellowship with God.

Prayer is what ushers in the atmosphere of heaven.

It’s where God’s presence becomes real—
His glory, His goodness, His power—
not as a concept, but as an encounter.

It’s in prayer that things are revealed.
It’s in prayer that direction becomes clear.
It’s in prayer that you gain a knowing you didn’t have before.

Let me ask you something:

If the Church was as strong as your prayer life… how strong would the Church be?

Prayer Is Not Optional

Jesus said in Matthew 6,
“When you pray…” — not if you pray.

Prayer was never meant to be rare.
It was meant to be normal.

A priority.
A lifestyle.
A daily encounter.

But too many believers are doing life without ever consulting God.

And the result?

  • Struggling emotionally
  • Living overwhelmed
  • Operating outside the supernatural

Why?

Because they’ve disconnected from the One who is supernatural.

Prayer Changes More Than Situations—It Changes You

Prayer is not a religious duty.
It’s not repetition.
It’s not a script.

It’s an encounter with a living God.

It’s communion with your Creator.
It’s fellowship with your Father.

And it’s not one-sided.

Prayer is not just you talking.
It’s you listening.
Receiving.
Aligning.

You don’t go into prayer just to be heard—
you go to hear.

The Power of the Secret Place

Jesus said to go into your room, shut the door, and pray.

Why?

Because the secret place matters.

It’s not optional.

It’s where distractions die.
It’s where focus is restored.
It’s where intimacy is built.

Put the phone down.
Shut everything else off.

Come with one purpose:

To meet with God.

Because in the secret place, you encounter:

  • The Provider
  • The Healer
  • The Peace you’ve been looking for
  • The Protection you didn’t even know you needed

This Is Where the Supernatural Is Activated

The secret place is where everything shifts.

It’s where:

  • Battles are fought
  • Giants fall
  • Peace is restored
  • Joy is filled
  • Direction is given
  • Vision is birthed
  • Power is activated

Your prayer life invites heaven’s authority into your everyday life.

Prayer Is Not What You Think

Let’s clear this up:

Prayer is NOT:

  • Trying to convince God
  • Just asking for things
  • A ritual
  • Only for crisis moments
  • Only for “spiritual people”

Prayer IS:

  • Communion
  • Positioning
  • Access
  • Strength
  • Warfare
  • Fellowship

It’s a two-way relationship with a Father who loves you.

How You Approach God Matters

You pray to the Father.
In the name of Jesus.

And you come boldly—because you’ve been given access.

But you also come with reverence.

You enter His presence with worship.
You magnify who He is.

And when you do—He fills that space.

Every time.

Seek His Face, Not His Hand

Prayer is not about getting things from God.

It’s about being with God.

You don’t go to the secret place to use Him—
you go to meet with Him.

It’s sacred.

It’s where you lay down your will and say:

“Not my will—but Yours be done.”

That’s surrender.

And that’s where the supernatural begins.

Here’s the Truth

The supernatural is not accessed by:

  • Hype
  • Effort
  • Performance

It’s accessed by:

Surrender.
Alignment.
Prayer.

Final Thought

There are things God has already prepared for you.

They’re ready.
They’re waiting.

But you don’t step into them by accident.

Prayer is how you step through the doorway of the supernatural.

So the question is:

Will you stay at the door…
or will you step through it?
